Silver Ticket Redemption Form

To redeem your silver ticket for a grand prize game spot in the promotion of your choice, please complete the form below.

 

Note: This decision is final upon submission. The silver ticket will become invalid for any future promotion.

 

On the day of the selected giveaway, you must be checked in for the drawing before the grand prize game takes place. If you are not checked in on time, the silver ticket and grand prize game seat will be forfeited. The silver ticket and grand prize game seat are non-transferable.

  • Details
    • The silver ticket allows the winner to participate in any one grand prize game at Northern Quest through December 31, 2026. The winner will be contacted two weeks prior to each applicable drawing to ask if they would like to use their silver ticket for the giveaway. For the giveaway they choose, the winner must be checked in for the drawing before the grand prize game takes place. Once the winner has selected a grand prize game to participate in, the decision is final. If the winner is not checked in on time, they forfeit their silver ticket for the remainder of the year. Selection must be made for a major drawing in 2026; the opportunity will not be valid for any major drawings in 2027.
    • We reserve the right to modify or cancel at any time and to exclude any individual from this contest at our sole discretion. Any dispute not covered by the above rules shall be resolved by casino management and shall be final and binding.
